Responsibilities

In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.

Qualifications

  • Hospital Based: Must possess or be eligible to possess a CA PT license or obtain PTLA status. License or PTLA status must be current and continuous by the commencement of employment.

  • Must possess or be eligible to possess a CA PT license or obtain PTLA status. License or PTLA status must be current and continuous by the commencement of employment.

  • CPR Certification Required.

  • Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrates competent working knowledge of standard physical therapy practices, procedures and equipment utilized in the department.

  • Ability to interface with physicians and communicate verbally and in writing a patient's deficits and need for PT services.

Pay Range

$40.66 - $58.96 /hour
