100% Outpatient Practice
Diabetes Educator collaboration
Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity: (ex: diabetes HbA1c goals, nephropathy)
Established Referral sources from Group's Primary Care providers and network providers

RN Triage during after hours and weekends
Marketing representative to help build panel with various media resources and connections with the community

Part Time and Full Time opportunities
Flexible start/end times during 7am - 7pm

Compensation and Benefits
Excellent earning potential supported by a salary guarantee period of $250,000/year
Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME and benefits
The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
This is also an H1B visa opportunity, requiring candidates who are cap exempt.

Qualifications
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Endocrinology
Pay Range
$115.00 - $118.00 /hour
