Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of theorganization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with theperformance improvement plan, Joint Commission and other licensing, accreditingand regulatory agencies.
Is responsible to support the Nurse Manager of the unit to manage and coordinateclinical operations in order to provide quality direct patient care to thepediatric, adult and geriatric population.
Ensures all aspects of documentation, care planning and patient care delivery to meetregulatory requirements. Responsible for fostering a positive interactive teammilieu. Facilitates optimal environment to support orientation, competency validation.
1-2 years of previous acute care experience required or hired through the RN Versant program
Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications
Basic Computer Skills
Current CA RN Lic. with a BLS certification
ACLS Required and New grads within 6 months of hire
