There's an unmistakable energy on the Telemetry floor. Here, you need quick thinking skills. Right now, there's a patient with chest pain, and you need to rule out causes. There's another patient with an external pacemaker who's on several drips requiring your constant attention. And that's just two of 80 beds. Fortunately, you work with a computerized charting system, and everything you need is on your mobile cart. Of course every day is busy, but you thrive on the challenge. That's not to say it's all about work. Dignity Health is very focused on work/life balance and giving employees a chance to nurture every aspect of your life. If you need to work around a family schedule, Dignity Health supports that. There are benefits to promote your health and well-being, as well as the health of your financial future.
