Join us NOW as our CREIGHTON MEDICAL SCHOOL is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team! Provide administrative support to the Associate and Assistant Deans of the Phoenix Regional Campus and serve as a receptionist for the administrative offices. Assist students and faculty with their needs when they call or walk into the office. Coordinate events for medical student orientation and Student Clinician Ceremony, Awards and Graduation, Gold Humanism Honor Society selection, notification and induction banquet, National Resident Match Program, Soap and Match Day, Careers in Medicine and Mentoring Sessions.
Located in Phoenix, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.
Two (2) years of job related experience. Experience in management and retrieval of information through computer database programs required. Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and /or additional job related experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counseling, or Communication preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
