The Maintenance Mechanic, under general supervision of Construction Maintenance Supervisor, performs duties including but not limited to repairs and maintaining machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment, electric system and plumbing systems in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufactures specifications. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.

Two (2) years of mechanical, electrial experience is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge in mathematics, shop courses, blueprint reading and mechanical drawing.
