Responsibilities

In this leadership role, the Assistant Nurse Manager (AMN), leads and promotes the provision of quality patient care for the assigned clinical service. Participates in staff selection and development. Assists with compliance with Hospital and Dignity Health policy, as well as with TJC and other licensing and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in a cardiac catheterization lab as a registered nurse, and demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Currently licensed by the State of California as a Registered Nurse (RN).

  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Pay Range

$48.25 - $70.78 /hour
